Step One: Gather Your Gear

1. Collect all the items you'd like to consign.

2. Go to our policies page to see the types of gear we accept.

3. Ensure your gear is clean—unwashed items will either be declined or subject to cleaning fees.

4. Fold your items neatly and place them in a bag suitable for drop-off at the store.

Step Two: Bring in Your Gear

​

1. Visit our store during open hours and drop off your bag of items.

2. While you shop, we'll review your gear and select the items we can accept.

3. Any items we can’t take will be returned to you.

Step Three: Become a Consignor

​

1. Provide your contact details so we can set up your consignor account.

2. Items are not kept for a specific timeframe. If they don’t sell, we’ll email you to decide whether you’d like them back or prefer to donate them.

3. When your items sell, you can request payment via e-transfer, cash, or store credit.

Consignment Split

The percentage you earn depends on the item’s price:

• $0–199: 70% to you

• $200–499: 80% to you

• $500+: 90% to you
