Terms and Conditions
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am or by discussion.
- A visual inspection will be conducted upon arrival, noting any deficiencies.
- At check-out, a visual inspection will be redone to ensure accountability and no damage.
Duration:
- The rental duration is as agreed during the booking procedure.
- Extensions can be approved if the suite is not booked.
- Guests are prohibited from occupying the suite during periods of non-contracted time.
Washing Machine and Dryer:
- Use of the washing machine and dryer is permitted.
- Detergents are not supplied; washing machine pods and dryer sheets can be purchased additionally.
Guest Information:
- Names of all guests are required.

Additional Services:
- Outdoor recreation gear is available at an extra cost (terms and conditions apply).
Cleaning Fee:
- A one-off cleaning fee of $35 is a required additional charge.
Key Policy:
- A key for the main entry will be provided.
- If lost, a key replacement fee will be charged.
Parking:
- Parking at the rear of the property is allowed.
Pets:
- Dogs are allowed.
- No dogs in beds.
- A separate dog run is included.
- Guests are allowed in the main yard and garden; however, dogs are restricted.
Fire Pit and Recreation:
- Guests may use the fire pit.
- Guest may use all games provided
House Rules:
- Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Shoes and footwear to be removed at the bottom of stairs.
- No access to the main floor unless invited.
Damage and Security Deposit:
- A damage and security deposit are required.
- Guests are responsible for damages for violations of the booking agreement.
- Penalties will consist of repair or replacement of damaged items.
- Hosts retain the right to cancel the agreement for violation of terms and conditions or damage.
- Hosts also maintain the right to ask guests to leave for breaking terms and conditions.
Smoking and Drug Use:
- No smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed.
- Smoking can be done by walking around the block.
Agreement Continuation:
- By continuing, you agree to our terms and conditions and booking policy.
Limitation of Liability:
- Accidents and injuries can happen, and the limitation of liability clause is in place to limit the host's responsibility.
- The clause states statutory limits for guest claims, defines compensated losses, and excludes specific losses that each party will not be liable for.
